Update on Orders From Week 49 and 50
We want to be fully transparent with our community.
Orders placed during weeks 49 and 50 will be slightly delayed. During final quality checks, we discovered an issue affecting a batch of Xhale devices. While the issue was not dangerous, it did not meet our standards, and that’s something we take seriously.
Instead of shipping something we weren’t 100% proud of, we made the decision to pause shipments and improve the design based directly on customer feedback. The updated version fixes the reported issues and delivers a better overall experience.
What this means for you:

• You’ll receive the improved version of Xhale
• Shipping will resume as soon as production is complete
