We’re sure you’ll love Xhale, but if it’s not quite what you expected, we’ve got you covered! Here’s how it works 👇

Unused Product Returns

If you haven’t opened or used your Xhale Starter Pack, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it.

Just send it back, and we’ll process your refund (return shipping is on you, and any label fees will be deducted from the refund).

 

Your 30-Day Journey

If you’ve started using your Xhale Starter Pack, we encourage you to give it a full 30-day try to truly experience the benefits.

After completing 30 days, if you still feel it’s not right for you, you have an extra week to let us know, and we’ll gladly process your refund.

This gives you plenty of time to see how Xhale can help you break free from old habits and feel your best.

 

To qualify for a refund after using your Starter Pack:

  • The habit tracker must be fully completed and included in the return package.

  • The return must be initiated within 1 week after completing your 30-day trial period.

  • Returns must comply with all provided instructions to ensure a valid refund.

  • Only one used Starter Pack per person can be refunded.

    If multiple used Starter Packs are returned, you must include multiple selfies with completed habit trackers, proving that each person has completed the 30 days.

 

Discounted Purchases

If your order was purchased with a discount, your right to a refund after use is waived.

However, if your product and flavor packs are unopened, you can still return them within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Parcel Lost in Transit?

If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please notify us at hello@xhale.store within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date.

Include your order number and any available tracking details. 

  • If your parcel is confirmed lost in transit for the first time, we’ll reship your order to a pickup point near you.

  • If your order is not picked up and automatically returned to us, a refund will not be issued.

  • A refund will only be issued if the parcel is sent back directly by the customer.

Our support team will help you track your package or determine the next steps if necessary.

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. If that method is no longer valid, store credit will be provided.

 

Refund Policy for Starter Packs

Refunds for used Xhale Starter Packs are available under the following conditions:

  • A refund can be issued for the used amount of Starter Packs based on the number of people who have actively tried Xhale for 30 days.

  • For example: If you purchased one Starter Pack and used it for a month, the refundable amount corresponds to one Starter Pack.

  • If you purchased multiple Starter Packs for others, refunds will be issued for the number of people who have actively used Xhale for a month.

    To receive a refund for multiple Starter Packs, you must send a selfie with each completed habit tracker as proof.

Additional Notes

  • If Xhale is negatively affecting you in any way, stop use immediately, consult your doctor, and inform our support team.

  • Refunds are only processed to the original payment method. If that payment method is no longer valid, store credit will be issued.
