Where Do We Ship?

We ship across Europe, North America, New Zealand, and Australia.

Delivery Time

 Processing Time: 1-3 business days

 Shipping Time: 4-7 business days

Shipment Processing Time
Orders are processed every business day, Monday through Friday.

Cut-off time for orders in Europe: 16:30 CET (Central European Time).
Cut-off time for orders in NA: 08:00 EST
Cut-off time for orders in AUS: 10:00 GMT+11

*Please note that once the package has been shipped, orders can no longer be canceled and must be returned by the receiver.

In exceptional cases, order fulfillment may be delayed. If this occurs, Xhale will inform you before you complete your order on the website or via email after your purchase.

Damages

Xhale is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods until your claim is processed.

Responsibility for Packages
Once you receive the shipment confirmation, Xhale is no longer responsible for the items in transit. Responsibility for delivery—including any delays, losses, or damages—lies with the shipment carrier. Please report any lost packages within 60 days. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Upon shipping, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if applicable. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours. Please note that carriers may vary by location.
