The following terms and conditions outline our Shipping Policy:

Shipment Processing Time
Orders are processed every business day, Monday through Friday.

*Please note that once the package has been shipped, orders can no longer be canceled and must be returned by the receiver.

In exceptional cases, order fulfillment may be delayed. If this occurs, Xhale will inform you before you complete your order on the website or via email after your purchase.

Your order is expected to arrive within the timeframe indicated at checkout. If it does not arrive within this period, please contact us at hello@xhale.store.

Damages
Xhale is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged goods until your claim is processed.

Responsibility for Packages
Once you receive the shipment confirmation, Xhale is no longer responsible for the items in transit. Responsibility for delivery—including any delays, losses, or damages—lies with the shipment carrier. Please report any lost packages within 60 days. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Upon shipping, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if applicable. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours. Please note that carriers may vary by location.
